Interroll supplies system integrators and equipment manufacturers with a comprehensive range of platform-based products and services in the categories of rollers (conveyor rollers), drives (motors and drives for conveyor systems), conveyors, sorters, and pallet handling (pallet handling and storage).

We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader with a strong growth mindset to lead our Canadian sales organization and drive revenue across all product categories. This role oversees inside and outside sales teams while taking direct ownership of key accounts to strengthen relationships, advance opportunities, and deliver sustainable growth

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and manage a national team of inside and outside sales representatives.
Build team capability through regular feedback, field coaching, and structured skill development.
Set clear goals, drive accountability, and foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market coverage and drive revenue growth across Canada.
Monitor market trends and customer needs, adjusting sales tactics as required.
Oversee territory plans, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when required.
Customer & Market Engagement
Conduct joint and individual sales calls to progress key opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
Ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
Deepen customer partnerships by understanding challenges and aligning solutions that create long‑term value.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Experience & Competencies
A solid background in B2B sales, typically 7+ years, with experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical markets considered a strong advantage.
A proven track record of leading and developing sales teams for 5+ years, including both inside and outside sales functions.
Direct involvement in customer‑facing activity, including both team‑based and independent sales calls.
Strong sales leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams, reinforce accountability, and elevate performance.
Proven ability to develop and grow key accounts by uncovering needs, shaping opportunities, and driving the sales cycle forward.
Skilled in CRM usage, sales reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Ability to travel nationally as required.
Valid driver's license.
