Seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure safety standards are met. You will conduct employee training, monitor performance, and ensure all safety protocols are upheld. Key skills include problem-solving, communication, and leadership in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily manufacturing engineering activities
• Conduct training and oversee employee performance
• Maintain departmental safety and housekeeping standards
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Handle quality control and ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and health & safety
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and C.A.D.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
