Job Description

Seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure safety standards are met. Help shape a culture of continuous improvement and effective training in a dynamic environment.

This position is responsible for overseeing manufacturing engineering activities and directing day-to-day tasks. You will conduct employee training, monitor performance, and ensure all safety protocols are upheld. Key skills include problem-solving, communication, and leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily manufacturing engineering activities
• Conduct training and oversee employee performance
• Maintain departmental safety and housekeeping standards
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Handle quality control and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and health & safety
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and C.A.D.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
