YouGlow Aesthetics is a growing clinical spa focused on results-driven treatments and exceptional client care. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and sales-driven professional to join our Red Deer team as a Sales & Client Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the sales process, thrives in a performance-based environment, and genuinely enjoys helping clients find solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by supporting and achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Conduct consultations and confidently present treatment programs and packages
- Coordinate client appointments and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries (phone, text, in-person)
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to maximize conversions
- Work closely with management and team members to strategize and increase sales performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and objection handling
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service with a client-first mindset
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Available part-time with flexibility to transition into full-time
