<p>Location - Toronoto, Canada</p><p>Start Date - Immediately</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Job Description/ Responsibilities </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Please find the job description for onsite SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineers with focus on File Access Manager.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>• Design, engineer, deploy, and support of our SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM) software that is part of our Provisioning & Identity Management product suite.</p><p>• Work with our business partners, Integration consultants, and internal teams to drive the integration and onboarding of systems and applications on our SailPoint FAM platform.</p><p>• Work with our Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology partners to develop our FAM Provisioning & Identity Management strategy and technology roadmaps.</p><p>• Understand business, application, and security requirements for FAM Provisioning & Identity Management services and translate these into technical specifications. Produce enterprise-level architecture and engineering designs to meet these requirements.</p><p>• Be our Subject Matter Expert on SailPoint FAM and provide technical consultation to application owners on best practices and standardization when integrating with SailPoint platform.</p><p>• Ensure successful execution of our engineering projects and solutions in collaboration with operations, information security, architecture, and project managers.</p><p>• Serve as third and last line of escalation point for FAM IAM Services and supporting utilities. Provide application support, in-depth investigation and troubleshooting for issues that cannot be resolved by tier one and two support.</p><p>• Work with vendors to resolve application, software and hardware issues in a timely manner</p><p>• Create and maintain system documentation for FAM SailPoint and affiliated technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.</p><p>• Create support documents and provide training to support and operations team as required.</p><p>• Oversee the work performed by external consultants, review design and code and receive/retain the knowledge</p><p>• Research and put forward new recommendations to create, automate and improve processes</p><p>Technical & Professional Qualifications</p><p>• Hands-on experience in the implementation, administration, configuration and support of SailPoint File Access Manager and supporting technologies.</p><p>• Experience in integrating SailPoint FAM in a large corporate environment </p><p>• Strong understanding of user life cycle, rules, lifecycle events and provisioning workflows etc. to enable the engineering and onboarding of systems and applications on the SailPoint FAM software. </p><p>• Working knowledge of IAM industry standards & protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, Oauth, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.</p><p>• Engineering and integration experience with the following technologies:</p><p>• Strong Programming skills (Java, BeanShell, JSP/Servlets, PERL, Unix Shell scripts, Batch, Powershell, VB Script, SQL, PL/SQL, Python, etc.) in a DevOps environment</p><p>• Multiple operating systems, such as UNIX, Windows, Linux, AIX etc.</p><p>• Web technologies (WebServices, RESTful API frameworks, Application servers like Tomcat/JBoss, JSON etc.)</p><p>• Database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server)</p><p>• Single Sign On, MFA, SCIM, and Federation </p><p>• Directory integration including Active Directory, LDAP, Virtual Directories</p><p>• Automation and/or scripting skills</p><p>• Must have a working knowledge of virtualization (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies, monitoring, and support best practices.</p><p>• Have a good understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management, security and audit compliance</p><p>Education & Experience</p><p>• 5+ years of experience in implementation, administration, configuration and support of SailPoint FAM software</p><p>• 10+ years of technical experience working with multiple 3rd party IAM solution in a fast-paced complex global environment with a demonstrable record of engineering, developing, deploying, and maintaining business critical systems. </p><p>• Strong, coordination, and interpersonal skills as this role require significant interaction with different teams across the organization.</p><p>• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to simplify and explain technical issues into understandable business language.</p><p>• Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)</p>Create Your Resume First
