Job Summary: We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as an RV Delivery and Orientation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.
As the primary point of contact for RV World, you'll handle reservations, walk-in customers, and ensure our customers' expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Conduct RV orientations, explaining features, safety procedures and unit operations.
- Towing, Delivery and Set-Up of Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheels and Park models
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document any issues.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service and Detail teams to ensure RVs are clean, inspected, and prepared for customer delivery.
- Handle customer concerns or service issues with a solution-focused approach.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- RV and Trailer towing experience.
- Ability to lift 50lbs routinely
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to learn basic RV systems and explain them clearly to customers.
- Basic mechanical awareness is an asset (not required).
- Ability to work overtime or weekends to accommodate peak-season schedules.
- Valid driver's license is required along with a clean driver abstract.
- Bilingualism (English / French) is an asset (not required)
