Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized behaviour intervention plans for children with developmental and behavioural needs. This role requires a strong understanding of behaviour analysis principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of children through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct/implement comprehensive assessments to identify behavioural challenges and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behaviour intervention plans based on data collection and analysis
- Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and support staff
- Collaborate with families, educators, and medical teams to ensure consistency in intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate caregivers and stakeholders on behaviour management techniques and strategies
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behaviour analysis (ABA)
- Provide in-home supervision once a month to clients in Richmond Hill, Markham, & North York
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in clinical or educational settings
- Experience with patient care and working within multidisciplinary teams is preferred
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions
- Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) is required
Certification as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) is required

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
