About HighLife
HighLife continues to grow across Northern Ontario with a focus on knowledgeable teams, a welcoming environment, and a straightforward customer experience. With new locations preparing to open in the Greater Sudbury area, we're adding a Retail Operations Manager to help support multiple stores and bring consistency to day-to-day operations as the region expands.
The role
This position is part of our continued growth in the Sudbury market. You'll work closely with Store Managers and leadership to support store performance, assist with new openings, and help ensure our teams have the tools and structure they need to succeed.
We're looking for someone who understands retail at a practical level, enjoys working alongside teams in-store, and can help create alignment across multiple locations without losing the personal touch that HighLife is known for.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple HighLife locations in the Sudbury region
- Assist with the preparation and launch of new store openings
- Work alongside Store Managers to strengthen team development and operational consistency
- Help maintain a strong customer experience through coaching and in-store support
- Review performance trends and collaborate on practical improvements
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as new teams come online
- Ensure stores operate in line with AGCO requirements and company policies
- Maintain a regular presence in stores to provide hands-on support
What we're looking for
- Retail leadership experience, either overseeing multiple locations or managing a high-volume store
- A practical, team-first leadership style
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities
- Experience working in a regulated retail environment is an asset
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between Sudbury locations

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
