Our client, a local developer/builder is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead the regional marketing strategy and execution for Calgary in alignment with sales objectives and inventory priorities.
This position partners closely with Sales and Finance to drive leads, and conversions through integrated campaigns, events, and partner activations. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for performance reporting, budget oversight, and refining campaigns based on ROI and market conditions.
What you'll do
- Align campaigns with regional sales goals and inventory priorities
- Monitor and optimize digital, event, and partner marketing performance
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Manage regional marketing budgets and reallocate spend based on ROI
- Lead seasonal planning and support new community launches
- Customize corporate campaigns for local market execution
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in real estate or a sales-driven industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking traffic, leads, and conversions
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales
- Experience managing budgets and leading regional initiatives
