Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, for a Registered Audiologist (R. Aud.) or Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner (R. HAP). The responsibilities of this role include conducting hearing assessments, customizing and fitting hearing aids based on patient needs, and providing ongoing support such as adjustments, repairs, and counseling. The professional will work closely with patients to ensure they have a positive experience and achieve optimal hearing health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performing hearing assessments and diagnosing hearing-related issues
- Expertise in hearing aid fitting, customization, and programming
- Proficiency in providing patient counseling, education, and follow-up support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and connections with patients
- Registered Audiologist (R. Aud.) or Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner (R. HAP) certification
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service
- Experience with digital tools and systems in healthcare is an asset
