Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining product quality standards by performing thorough inspections, data collection, and analysis. This position ensures that all products meet company specifications and industry regulations, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers.
  • Perform detailed analysis of inspection data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for process improvement.
  • Utilize quality management systems to document inspection results accurately and efficiently.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in developing and updating quality assurance protocols and inspection checklists.
  • Support root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities identified during inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Experience

  • Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, per.
  • Strong background in quality control, quality inspection, and QA/QC processes.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers and other precision instruments.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and identify quality trends or issues.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and quality management software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry standards related to manufacturing quality assurance is a plus.
  • Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail and maintain high standards of accuracy. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
