Position SummaryThe Project Manager (PM) will lead the full lifecycle of large-scale institutional construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The PM will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from pre-construction through close-out
Manage project budgets ranging from $20M to $100M
Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
Develop and monitor schedules, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and claims
Maintain strong communication with public-sector clients and consultants
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Mentor and supervise Project Coordinators and site teams
8+ years of experience managing institutional or public-sector construction projects
Experience delivering projects above $20M
Strong knowledge of CCDC contracts
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Excellent leadership, financial management, and negotiation skills
