Responsibilities
- Transfer and maintain parts catalogues from design agent systems to ERM planning and procurement platforms.
- Analyze data integrity, resolve issues with design agents, and ensure completeness and alignment.
- Guide stakeholders on BOM transfers, 3D model viewer content, storage best practices, and update cycles.
- Act as the bridge between internal teams and external partners, including vendors and design agents.
- Empower your team through regular check‑ins, scope reviews, task assignments, and mentorship to unlock their full potential.
Qualifications
- Education: Engineering Degree or Engineering/Technologist Diploma.
- Experience: Background in engineering, planning, procurement, or data analysis with a strong understanding of ISI processes for parts and data management.
- Skills: Exceptional problem‑solving, communication, and organizational abilities with a knack for turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full‑time, in‑office presence.
