Lead Pressure Washing Technician – Windsor, ON | $23–$35/hr

Thunder Spray Inc. | Windsor, ON (In-Person) | Full-Time | Seasonal (March–November)

The Opportunity

Thunder Spray Inc. is one of Windsor-Essex County's highest-rated exterior cleaning companies — in business since 2014 with a reputation built on five-star service and clean systems.

We're hiring a Lead Pressure Washing Technician who wants to grow. This isn't just a job — it's a path. The right person will move from running job sites to leading crews to potentially helping run this business.

This is a hands-on, in-person role based in Windsor, ON. You'll be on the tools every day — and leading the standard while you're at it.

Pay & Benefits

• $23–$35/hr based on performance and experience
• Upsell bonuses paid — top performers earn strong money
• Customer tips on top of your hourly rate
• 40–50 hours/week during peak season (March–November)
• Built-in downtime: December light schedule, January Christmas light takedown, February slow season
• Company-provided apparel and equipment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment to company standard
• Run job sites independently or lead up to 2 technicians
• Manage each project from setup to completion
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
• Complete job checklists and documentation
• Protect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
• Identify upsell opportunities (bonuses paid)

Leadership & Growth Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new hires as the team grows
• Maintain and uphold five-star quality standards
• Think like an owner — solve problems without waiting for direction
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for the crew and the customer

Who We're Looking For

Experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, or skilled trades is helpful — but mindset matters more. You're a fit if:

• You take responsibility without being chased
• You're good with people and can read a room
• You care about doing things right the first time
• You want more than a short-term job
• You can lift up to 20 lbs and are comfortable working at heights
• You're reliable, punctual, and physically capable of outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid Full Class G driver's license (clean driving record required)
• Working at Heights certification — or willingness to obtain (we'll support this)
• Physically capable of performing outdoor labour in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
