Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting sales teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement growth strategies.
- Overseeing sales channels and identifying new revenue streams.
- Utilizing analytics and market research to drive data-driven business decisions.
- Assisting in integrating new products and services into our construction operations.
- Managing contracts and negotiations to ensure compliance and profitability.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from a business or technical program.
- A strong mix of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to manage sales teams and drive performance.
- Experience implementing marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Knowledge of managing sales channels and optimizing distribution strategies.
- Ability to use analytics for commercial purposes and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing contracts and negotiating business agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
