Oulton College is actively hiring passionate and experienced nursing faculty, including theory and clinical instructors, for our Practical Nursing program in Moncton, NB.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach, mentor, and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction aligned with program outcomes
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Support student development through mentorship and academic guidance
- Participate in the development, review, and revision of curriculum as required
- Contribute to program, campus, industry, and professional activities
Requirements
- Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Eligible for registration (or active status) with the ANBLPN (Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses)
- Minimum of five years of recent and relevant experience as an LPN
- Demonstrated competence with the use of technology such as e-mail, MS Office Suite, Learning Management System, etc.
