Position Overview

We are seeking driven, reliable individuals to join our team as full-time painters. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values doing things the right way. You'll work on a variety of interior and exterior painting projects throughout London and the surrounding area, delivering consistently high-quality results as part of a close-knit, professional crew.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Painting

• Brush and roll application with an emphasis on clean lines, smooth finishes, and cleanliness throughout the process
• Surface preparation, including puttying, sanding, and minor drywall repairs
• Ladder work and safe setup in varied interior environments

Exterior Painting

• Prep work including scraping, sanding, and priming for durability and longevity
• Painting using ladders and working at heights
• Maintaining clean, efficient, and organized job sites
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary
• Apply paint, stain or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Follow instructions and communication with owner and client to ensure accurate and precise work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Time management skills to ensure projects are completed according to schedule

Requirements

• G2 and vehicle to get between job-sites
