Position Summary
As a Seasonal Student Employee, you will assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of our Sunningdale and West golf courses. You'll gain hands-on experience in golf course operations while working alongside experienced turf professionals. This is a physically active, team-oriented role where no two days are exactly the same.
You may operate a variety of golf course equipment including (but not limited to) string trimmers, backpack blowers, walk mowers, riding mowers, and small tractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cutting equipment to maintain turf at championship standards
- Change golf hole locations and tee markers
- Rake, edge, and maintain bunkers
- Operate utility vehicles to haul materials and debris
- Assist with tree and shrub pruning
- Lay sod and assist with course improvement projects
- Support daily course setup and detail work
- Follow all Sunningdale Health & Safety policies and procedures

- Reliable transportation (no public transit service to Sunningdale area)
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Regular lifting, walking long distances, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions are required.
