Operations Manager / Trainer & Recruiter – Real Estate (Licensed)

Location: Toronto, ON – In Office (Shops of Don Mills – 8 Sampson Mews)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (In Office – Not Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: From CA$80,000 per year + performance-based bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced real estate professional to step into a key leadership support role focused on training, recruiting, and operational management.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Don Mills location. This is not a remote or work-from-home role.

You will work directly with one of Canada's top-performing realtors and play a critical role in building, developing, and supporting a high-performance real estate team. The focus of this position is talent acquisition, agent development, accountability systems, and operational oversight — not personal sales production.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality real estate agents
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to grow the team
  • Host and coordinate recruitment seminars and information sessions
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential agent candidates

Training & Development

  • Lead onboarding and structured training programs for new agents
  • Provide ongoing coaching and skill development
  • Conduct regular one-on-one performance meetings
  • Create accountability systems to track agent production and growth
  • Ensure agents are properly utilizing CRM systems and lead follow-up processes

Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee team operations and ensure systems are functioning efficiently
  • Manage and monitor Follow Up Boss (or similar CRM) to ensure all leads have active action plans
  • Track performance metrics and production goals
  • Support marketing initiatives, seminars, and events (buyer seminars, recruiting events, etc.)
  • Work closely with leadership to improve team profitability and efficiency
  • Oversee administrative staff and day-to-day workflow

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid real estate broker license
  • Proven experience in residential resale
  • Strong background in training, coaching, and recruiting
  • Previous experience managing or developing a real estate team is required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and accountability skills
  • Proficiency in Follow Up Boss or similar CRM platforms is an asset
  • Must be available to work in-office Monday–Friday (Don Mills location)
