Join our team! Arvo Wellness is opening its first location in the heart of Brentwood in March 2026, just a short walk from Brentwood Town Centre Station. We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and collaborative Naturopathic Doctor to join our growing multidisciplinary wellness clinic.Arvo Wellness is a modern, patient-centered clinic where practitioners work together to deliver personalized, integrative care. Our team includes RMTs, Acupuncturists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and aesthetic providers, all collaborating under one roof to support long-term health and well-being.
The Role
As a Naturopathic Doctor at Arvo Wellness, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. You will support patients through education, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing care in a calm, supportive, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive naturopathic consultations, including detailed health histories and goal-oriented assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using clinical nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle counseling, and evidence-based natural therapies
Provide IV therapies
Support patients with skin health, hormonal balance, fatigue, weight management, stress, and preventive wellness
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant medical records
Collaborate with medical, wellness, and aesthetic providers to deliver integrated, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Valid certification or license as a Naturopathic Doctor from an accredited institution
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams
Active professional liability insurance
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Prior experience in natural medicine, herbal therapies, or nutrition is an asset
IV therapy training or certification is an asset, or willingness to receive training if applicable
