You are equally comfortable designing assets and diving into Shopify backend configuration, theme customization, and code-level enhancements to improve performance, UX, and conversion.

How You'll Make an Impact
You will own and deliver high-quality multimedia and Shopify-based digital assets that support new product introductions (NPI), e-commerce growth, and sales enablement—while directly managing and optimizing our Shopify product setup, theme customization, and performance improvements.
This role is both creative and technical.
What You'll Do
Shopify & Website Ownership (Core Focus)
- Own end-to-end Shopify product setup, including:
- Product creation and configuration
- Variant structuring
- Metafields and custom fields
- Accessories, bundles, and upgrade logic
- Warranty and add-on setup
- Maintain and enhance Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
- Implement custom page templates and sections within Shopify.
- Troubleshoot layout, functionality, and performance issues at the code level.
- Ensure product pages are optimized for conversion, UX, SEO, and speed.
- Manage structured data, schema updates, and dynamic content blocks.
- Support integrations and front-end customizations tied to Shopify apps and third-party tools.
Creative Media Excellence
- Create and continuously enhance imagery, videos, and visual realism using emerging technologies, 3D workflows, and generative AI.
- Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Jasper, and similar platforms to elevate product storytelling.
Maintain production efficiency benchmarks, including:
- ≤ 15 minutes per KSF for brand website and gallery image creation
- 8–10 hours per highlight video, from concept to final delivery
New Product Introductions (NPI)
Deliver 100% of assigned NPI assets on time, including:
- Shopify product builds (fully configured and QA'd)
- Brand website assets
- Amazon listings (1P / 3P), Amazon A+ content
- Retailer listings (Costco, Walmart, etc.)
- Highlight videos
- Quick Start Guides (QSG), PPRD assets
- Packaging and color gift box design
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and execute a comprehensive NPI checklist.
Ensure all content is reviewed for:
- Accuracy
- Brand alignment
- Grammar & clarity
- Technical functionality before launch
Sales Enablement Assets
- Design and maintain error-free, visually compelling sell sheets.
- Create new product sell sheets aligned to soft launch deadlines.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations optimized for B2B and retail buyers.
Ad Hoc Design & Continuous Improvement
- Execute ad hoc design and web requests accurately and on time.
- Self-audit work before submission.
- Identify at least one website or customer-impacting improvement per month.
- Improve workflows and automation with a target of 20% year-over-year cost reduction.
What You Bring (Critical Requirements)
- Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in multimedia production and e-commerce web environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Shopify product setup and backend configuration
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML and Liquid (Shopify templating language)
- Strong understanding of Shopify theme architecture and customization
- Experience troubleshooting Shopify layout, performance, and app conflicts
- Experience in website customization and development (strong asset)
- 1–2 years hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- Experience in packaging design and print-ready production assets
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to own deadlines and work independently with minimal oversight
Bonus Experience
- Consumer electronics or technology products
- Advanced Shopify theme customization and custom section builds
- Amazon A+, Bazaarvoice, 1WorldSync, Syndigo
- Retail POP displays and packaging workflows
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour
