Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment with precision and efficiency
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate
• Perform data entry related to maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory management
• Analyse equipment performance data to optimise operational efficiency
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery problems using analysis skills and technical knowledge
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when liaising with suppliers, clients, or team members
• Support upselling opportunities by identifying additional services or products that benefit clients
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure safety standards and operational protocols are adhered to
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar maintenance role involving industrial machinery
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; bilingual candidates are preferred
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications relevant to maintenance management systems
• Demonstrated ability in phone etiquette and professional correspondence
• Experience in upselling or promoting additional services is advantageous
• Organised with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
