The Role:

Rejuvenate Cosmetic Clinic and Spa is looking for a highly motivated, dependable, personable, and honest Experienced Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have sales experience, provide excellent customer service, strive to reach sales targets, possess a friendly and outgoing personality, and build lasting client relationships.

The preferred candidate should have successfully completed an Esthetics diploma or certificate program. This position has an immediate start date.

Job Type / Category

The Accountabilities:

• Perform all medical aesthetic services in a professional and safe manner
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service
• Support the team in achieving overall monthly performance targets
• Identify client goals and recommend services and products to achieve optimal results while ensuring client safety
• Educate clients on the necessity of home skincare and recommend products to meet their needs
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence within the medical industry
• Maintain equipment and follow proper safety measures
• Accurately document charts; take before and after photos
• Understand the value of good customer care and improving health and wellness
• Maintain quality service by following clinic protocol
• Stay updated with knowledge within Esthetics
• Respond to post-procedure follow-ups from internal and external clients

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Medical Aesthetician Certificate and a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Excellent writing and oral skills
• Must be experienced and certified with lasers
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Great sales techniques: ability to sell and upgrade services and skincare products
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
• Knowledge of skin varieties, conditions, and basic treatments
• Experience in a medical dermatology setting or full-service medical spa with a wide variety of client populations is an asset
• Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs (evenings and weekends are a must)
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work in a collaborative team environment
• Willing to continue learning new and advanced training and techniques

• Microdermabrasion
• Chemical Peels (AFA)

• Dermaplaning
