About the Role:
As a Perm Leader, you’ll lead by example in a 360° recruitment capacity by developing business, placing top talent, and coaching others to do the same. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong team culture, driving performance, and delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, training and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants
- Driving new business development and client partnerships
- Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, closing permanent placements
- Sharing best practices and fostering collaboration
- Contributing to strategic growth and team development
What You Bring:
- Proven success in 360° recruitment, ideally in professional or technical verticals
- Leadership experience or strong desire to step into a people management role
- A commercial mindset and passion for building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- A drive to innovate, grow, and challenge the status quo
