What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world.
Here’s what you can expect in your role:
Overall Responsibilities
Oversee the activities related to inventory balances, projections, and months on hand for all Jamieson Business Units. Develop and propose recommendations on inventory levels by type and site across Jamiesons’ global network. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet supply and demand requirements while minimizing excess inventory and cost.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Establish company-wide goals, policies, procedures, and implement strategies regarding inventory balances for overall business success.
- Evaluate results, investigate discrepancies, and install systemic solutions in conjunction with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
- Support the IBP process by linking impacts from Demand and Supply Planning to Total Inventory forecasting.
- Use of statistical modeling to calculate and evaluate inventory positions to maximize profit and efficiency.
- Provide analytical and investigative capabilities in support of continuously improving inventory forecasting accuracy.
- Provide data supported solutions in the identification of and corrective actions for inventory inefficiencies.
- Undertake process improvement efforts, primarily with internal stakeholders, focused on improving inventory KPI’s.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by site and category.
- Complete special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Working in compliance with the company’ s Health & Safety Policies/SOPs.
- Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities.

What You Bring

Your experience and perspective might include:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Previous inventory analysis experience with proven aptitudes for MRP systems.
- Proven statistical modeling for inventory recommendations
- Strong database management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills with an objective and proactive approach
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Jamieson Wellness Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond base pay, including eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth.
For this role, the posting range is $68,775 - $117,900, which reflects the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
