You will supervise a team of lifeguards while employed by Wavecrest Aquatics Inc. and shall be responsible for:

Leading the team in the performance of their duties.
Providing coaching and mentorship for lifeguards under your supervision.
Ensuring the safety of patrons under your care through appropriate safety supervision.
Providing emergency response/rescue of patrons when required.
Providing first aid to sick and injured patrons, including defibrillation, when required.
Completing applicable documentation.
