Location: 403A-55 Head St Dundas, Ontario
Hours: Full-Time / Part- Time, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Job Description:
Join us as an administrative assistant, where you’ll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations for our Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents for our clients needs.
- Working closely with our sales team.
- working with Desjardins back office for client support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Enrollement or completion of college or University
- LLQP is a definite asset however not a requirement
Salary: Base wage for FT position Hourly for PT position
