Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 base salary annually + performance-based commission/bonuses
Summary of the Job
The Licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) plays a critical role in our real estate team, responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team. This position is ideal for a licensed real estate agent seeking a more stable career or predictable work hours. It offers the opportunity to leverage your skills in lead management, database upkeep, and client service, with the added benefit of consistent coaching and training. The ISA will contribute directly to the growth of the team, ensure effective lead follow-up, and play a central role in the team's success. Key Responsibilities
Agent Onboarding & Training Assistance
- Train new agents on Follow Up Boss and lead tracking systems
- Educate agents on lead types and conversion strategies
- Conduct roleplay sessions for scripting and objection handling
- Audit lead conversion procedures and ensure adherence to cadence
- Support Smart List training for lead follow-up and nurturing
Ongoing Training & Coaching Assistance
- Review call recordings and provide feedback
- Assist in coaching agents based on performance metrics
- Conduct meetings with agents not meeting standards
- Mentor new agents on prospecting, conversion, and client service
Lead Conversion & Distribution
- Actively call into the lead pool (“the Pond”) to set appointments
- Manage lead assignment systems and shift scheduling
- Oversee lead sources (e.g., OJO, Referral Exchange) and ensure proper tracking
Accountability & Reporting Assistance
- Monitor agent performance and lead system compliance
- Provide regular reports on prospecting, conversion, and agent metrics
- Ensure lead distribution systems are functioning properly
Referral Coordination
- Act as liaison with referring agents, providing updates and gratitude
Database Management & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain CRM records
- Fill in gaps in past client and lead profiles
Client & Past Client Calling
- Make calls for events, campaigns, and client satisfaction follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships through courtesy outreach
New Systems & Market Knowledge
- Train agents on new systems, presentations, and market updates
- Stay informed on Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent real estate trends
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of sales experience required (real estate preferred but not required)
- Active real estate license is preferred but not required
- Ideal for agents seeking stable hours and career growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with ability to meet goals independently
- Knowledge of local market trends and pricing
- Professional, accountable, and driven to succeed
- Canadian work experience is recognized but not required; international work experience will be considered.
- All international education credentials must be accompanied by a WES (World Education Services) equivalency evaluation.
- Applicants must currently reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work in Canada at the time of application. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
Work Arrangement
- Full-time salaried position with commission/bonus structure
- In-office work
- Occasional travel within Windsor-Essex for team meetings or events
