Hiring: Licensed Plumber, or a minimum of 6 years of apprentice experience
New Line Plumbing Inc. provides sophisticated plumbing services and innovative methods for commercial and Hi-Rise condo plumbing in Toronto and surrounding areas. Salary: $37 to $45 (Based off experience)
Licences / Education / Experience:
Licensed Plumber, or a minimum of 6 years of apprentice experience
Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
Commercial and Hi-Rise condo experience preferred
Areas of Specialization:
Video Camera inspection
Snaking and powerwashing
Drainage, waste and venting systems
Fixtures and appliances
Potable water distribution installation
Water filtration/softeners
Kitec replacement
Specific Skill Requirements:
Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems.
Video Camera inspection, snaking / power flush the drain under / above drain line.
Locate and mark position of pipe connections, holes and fixtures.
Cut holes to accommodate pipes and fittings.
Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in place.
Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts or cement.
Solder or braze piping.
Inspect and test pipes for leaks.
Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
Install pumps. (Previous experience with Uponor piping is a plus!)
Repair, service and maintain plumbing systems or fixtures intendancies.
Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, steam, air, or other liquids.
Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
Have some prior knowledge of replacing Kitec piping within condos.
Using Uponor-certified tools.
Additional Skill Requirements:
Instruct apprentices.
Professionalism in customer service.
