- CA$150,000 $180,000/year + signing bonus + profit sharing + travel subsidy

About the Opportunity

Neobridge Healthcare is seeking a Lead Pharmacist for a role based in Victoria, BC. This is a relocation-supported position ideal for seasoned pharmacy leaders with a background in specialty pharmacy, IV infusion clinics, traditional dispensing, and advanced clinical care.

You'll lead a dedicated team and help shape the future of an integrated care model serving patients in areas such as MS, Rheumatology, IBD, Neurology, and Oncology. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Business Development

  • Build and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Develop strategies to expand general and specialty pharmacy services
  • Establish strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and support programs
  • Represent Neobridge at professional events and within the healthcare community

Clinical & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Provide advanced patient care, including clinical assessments and injections
  • Utilize Kroll and a paperless system to optimize workflow
  • Supervise pharmacists, technicians, nurses, and support staff

Performance & Quality Management

  • Monitor and report on key business and clinical performance metrics
  • Oversee inventory management with a focus on cost-effectiveness and growth
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure continuous training and compliance
  • Participate in strategic planning and review meetings with ownership

Qualifications

Required:

  • BScPharm and active licensure with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Injection certification and completion of the Pharmacy Manager Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience
  • Proficiency with Kroll (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Clinical experience in MS, Oncology, Rheumatology, GI, Neurology, or related specialties
  • Experience in specialty or clinical pharmacy settings
