401 Auto is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist- to join our Automotive Subprime Financing department.
This is an in-person position at our HQ in Cambridge Ontario. Unfortunately No possibility of remote work is available.

Here's the Role Overview:
Responsible for driving qualified leads and brand visibility for our 401 Auto Financing division. The ideal candidate is a Google Ads Expert with a proven track record of managing complex search campaigns, optimizing for conversion, and leveraging AI to scale lead volume while maintaining a benchmark of Cost Per Lead (CPL) and presenting a continuous positive Return on Ad Spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage high-intent Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) focused specifically on lead acquisition.
Perform deep keyword research, manage negative keyword lists, and optimize Quality Scores to ensure maximum ad relevance and present a positive return on ad spend.
The right candidate will need to specialize in applying advanced bidding strategies and have experience working with CRM providers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in lead gen marketing, with at least 2+ years of dedicated experience managing Google Ads.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
The ability to craft compelling, high-converting ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on visual assets is a must.
Depending on experience and results, this position will pay between 70,000 - $90,000 / year CAD.
