Now, we’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead the charge on keeping properties looking pristine. You’ll be the go‑to person for your crew, making sure the job gets done right, on time, and with a smile. If you have a knack for leadership, a love for landscaping, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading your crew and making sure everyone is working efficiently and safely
- Keeping properties in top shape—grass‑cutting, painting, repairs, and more
- Identifying opportunities to enhance properties and make them look even better
- Communicating with clients and keeping them happy
- Handling equipment like tractors, skid steers, and grass‑cutting gear like a pro
- Training and coaching your team to bring out their best
- Keeping detailed reports because paperwork is part of the gig too
- Rolling with the seasons—when winter hits, you’ll shift gears into snow and ice management
What You Need to Bring:
- ✔️ 2-3 years of experience in landscaping and/or construction
- ✔️ A college diploma in landscaping or a related field (bonus points!)
- ✔️ Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills—your crew will look up to you!
- ✔️ A valid driver’s license
- ✔️ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, daily log sheets)
- ✔️ A good eye for detail and a “get it done” attitude
What to Expect:
- ️ You’ll be working outdoors year‑round—sun, rain, or snow, we’re out there!
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (think bags of mulch, not boulders)
- ⏰ Some overtime and travel may be required
