Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class 5 Skilled Hardscaper to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscaping and landscaping, with the ability to work effectively with various materials and tools.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity in design, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. The Class 5 Skilled Hardscaper will be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces through the installation of hardscape features such as Interlocking patios, artificial turf and retaining walls.

Some of our Duties (the more you know the best candidate you are)

• Install various hardscape elements including patios, walkways, and retaining walls using appropriate materials.
• Perform flooring installation and tile laying as part of outdoor projects.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation and material movement.
• Installation of polymeric sand
• Installation of Retaining walls
• Installation of artificial turf
• Installation of pavers
• Installation of low voltage lights
• Collaborate with team members to plan project layouts and designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
• Keep work Cargo Van organized and clean.
• Be able to drive to site every morning where we work 8am to 4pm M to F

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardscaping or related fields such as carpentry or landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Excavator or bobcat.
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans accurately.
• Most of the time, the Owner or a Foreman will be on site to help with guidance, this path leads to growth.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. An Allan Block weights around 80 pounds.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required. Full class 5 to be able to dive the cargo Van
• If you can drive a truck and trailer, you will be our top candidate as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.50-$29.50 per hour
