• Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries

• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions

• Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care

• Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service

• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals

• Attend networking events and conduct light outbound follow-up with cold and x-date leads

• Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred

• Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas

• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service

• Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty (OTL) and Life Insurance (LLQP)

• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused

• Be part of a supportive and high-performing team of 8, with experience ranging from 2 to 22+ years

• Work with an Agent who has been leading a top-ranked office since 2007

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $60,000 - $80,000, includes base salary during training plus Commission + monthly team bonus + annual bonus

• Uncapped earning potential – $65,000+ achievable with moderate performance
