Front Desk Administrator

Revive Physiotherapy & Wellness is a modern, patient-focused multidisciplinary clinic in Newcastle, Ontario. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage clinician calendars
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records using clinic software
- Coordinate patient flow and support the clinical team
- Assist with light administrative and organizational tasks
- Help create a positive and welcoming clinic atmosphere
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous medical or administrative experience is an asset (but not required)

Schedule
- Up to 20-25 hours
- Evening and occasional Saturday availability preferred
