We are seeking a sales-driven Insurance Broker / Producer to join our team, focusing on both personal and commercial insurance lines. This role requires a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual ready to take the next step in their insurance career.
Entrepreneurial approach to developing personal and commercial insurance business
Must be RIBO licensed
Strong motivation, work ethic, and high attention to detail
Generate new business through networks and centers of influence
Sales-oriented, outgoing, with excellent customer service skills
Flexible working arrangements – office or remote
QualificationsProven sales and customer service focus
Outgoing personality with ability to generate leads from multiple sources
Independent, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
