Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Independent Sales Representative based on commission. The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting PMC Technologies Inc.'s products and services. Additional tasks include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills, including experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of metal injection molding (MIM), magnet, electric motors, controls, drives (VFD)
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and services
Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
