An Indigenous Child Welfare Organization based in Vancouver is looking for an Under 19 Transition Worker to support youth in transition planning and specialized care. This full-time role emphasizes relationship-based practice and cultural sensitivity. Candidates must hold a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or related field with at least three years experience in child services.
