Job DescriptionAbout the Position
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment, while also providing attentive dog care and dog sitting. This position is ideal for someone who loves both maintaining a well-kept household and caring for pets.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing.
Manage laundry, ironing, and linen care.
Keep kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas spotless and well-stocked.
Keep garden, BBQ and garage clean.
Source, coordinate and supervise third-party vendors and contractors.
Meet and greet guests.
Care for the family dog, including feeding, walking, brushing, and playtime.
Provide dog sitting for up to seven days, ensuring the pet is safe, healthy, and happy.
Monitor dog's well-being and report any changes in behavior or health.
Handle errands and household supply restocking.
Requirements
Previous experience in housekeeping for private homes.
Proven experience caring for dogs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
Comfortable with physical tasks and working around pets.
Compensation
Competitive, based on experience.
Additional Information
Part-time position (±32 hours per week, plus extra for overnight pet sitting).
Required availability Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Flexibility required to dog sitting, with approximately 1 week's notice.
