ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a Head Office Administrator
to join our team in Yellowknife, NT. This is a Monday-to-Friday, in-office position based at our Head Office.

About the Role

The Head Office Administrator plays a key support role within our organization, providing administrative assistance across departments and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. This position works closely with management and administrative staff to support company-wide initiatives and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the head office departments
  • Assist management and administrative staff with daily operational needs
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Perform general clerical duties, including:
  • Filing and scanning documentation
  • Data entry
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Coordinating courier services
  • Provide additional administrative support as directed by the Office Manager
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with SharePoint is considered an asset
  • Strong multitasking ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude
