Head of Organization Development & Change, £66,000 - £74,000 Per Annum, Manchester (Hybrid)
Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a purpose led organisation who are looking for a Head of OD & Change to lead and develop their Organisation Development and Change teams and deliver high-quality, strategic support across the business.
- Deputise for the Director of OD & Change at as required.
- Partner with Transformation teams to drive programme outcomes and benefits realisation.
- Lead high-impact OD and change initiatives that are aligned to business priorities.
- Integrate leadership, capability and cultural development to strengthen performance.
- Shape leadership effectiveness and people management excellence.
- Manage external partners and embed best practice.
- Control budgets to deliver measurable value.
- Ensure governance, regulatory and compliance standards are met.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven change and project management expertise (APMG, ACMP or Prosci desirable).
- Experience within housing, the public sector, regulated environments/large-scale transformation.
- Extensive OD and change experience in complex, multi-disciplinary businesses.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
