Foreman / Crew Leader / Operations Manager
We are a Hardscaping company, at the moment we are in need of people to help us grow the business. We need a leader to take on some responsibilities from the owners hands.
What do you need to know to apply to this JOB?
- Own vehicle or means of transportation.
- We work mainly in Langley and Surrey, but do travel to other cities.
- We will accommodate the right candidate with a company truck.
- Retaining wall knowledge needed
- Interlocking pavers knowledge needed
- Artificial turf knowledge needed
- We will teach the right candidate to also install fiberglass pools.
- A lot of the heavy lifting gets done with a mini excavator and a skidsteer.
- Looking for the right person to drive those machines as well.
- Need to be able to be on your own, for this position we are looking for somebody that know the hardscape industry. We will coach you and train you to make sure we are in the same page. And the owner will usually be available to help you with any unforeseen problems.
We need you to come to work with the right attitude, be respectful to your coworkers and very important to be ON time. The more you know about project management, the more you can grow and make in this company.
