Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this role.
- 10 or more years of operations management experience with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
- Experience managing/directing operations for a veterinary clinic or hospital is required for this role.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Proven understanding of human resources practices to develop an employee-centric culture.
