Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative General Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and baking, with specific expertise in Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including baked goods, pastries, and traditional Italian fare.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of baked goods, pastries, and Italian dishes.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Ensure food quality and consistency by adhering to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to create new menu items.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook, with a focus on Italian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Experience:
- baking: 1 year (preferred)
