The Opportunity
We're looking for a curious, motivated Software Developer who is a new grad to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-careerdeveloper who’s eager to learn, build, and contribute to meaningful technologyused in real-world operations.
You’ll work alongside experienced developers ina collaborative, cross-functional team and gain hands-on experience across thefull software development lifecycle from building new features to testing,deployment, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll be doing
- Collaborate withexperienced developers and product experts to build software solutions forthe energy industry
- Write code across the fullstack from front-end interfaces to database design
- Create and maintain AbaDatafeatures and functionality
- Participate in code reviews,stand-ups, and get hands-on mentorship from senior developers
- Test, troubleshoot, and debugsoftware to a high bar of performance and reliability
Who we are looking for
- You are a recent graduate or will be graduating in Spring 2026 from a Computer Science or Engineering program
- Familiaritywith HTML, CSS,JavaScript, and JS frameworks (e.g. React, Dojo)
- Exposure to back-end development(e.g., C#/.NET, Node.js)
- Experience with MS SQL Server or relational databases is an asset
- Strong communicationskills and a team-first mindset
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
