We are a patient-focused dental practice seeking a Front Desk Administrator who is professional, organized, and enjoys helping people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured healthcare environment and wants a long-term position with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk check-in/check-out
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Schedule dental and hygiene appointments
- Manage recalls and help fill schedule openings
- Verify insurance and submit claims
- Present treatment estimates and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable discussing fees and insurance
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to multitask in a busy office
Dental experience is an asset but not required — we will train the right candidate.
