Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Trawl Construction and repair.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- ability to mend fishing nets (training will be provided)
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver's license is Required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
