Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dozer, Excavator, & Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on various projects, including site preparation, final grading, and material handling. The Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards.
Duties
- Operate skid steer, dozer and other heavy equipment for various construction tasks.
- Assist in grading and paving processes to prepare surfaces for construction.
- Utilize bulldozers and backhoes for earth-moving activities.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in bulldozer, grader, and skid steer operations.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license required; additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation are advantageous.
