Brookline Collaborative Care Clinic is a professionally managed, privately owned clinic located at 620 Brookline Drive, West Bedford, Nova Scotia. The clinic is designed to help physicians focus on patient care rather than administrative burdens. Led by Crystal Connors, an experienced practice manager with 28 years in healthcare, the clinic emphasizes physician autonomy, collaborative decision-making, and operational excellence.

Compensation Structure:
- Transparent flat overhead (no hidden costs or percentage-based fees).
- Physicians keep 100% of billings after overhead deduction, plus billing for nursing procedures.

- Flexibility to choose LFM or FFS models.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures;
- Advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention
- Consultation and referral to other medical practitioners
- Act as a patient’s advocate
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations
- Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements
Job Description
Position: Family Physician or Specialist (Full-time or Part-time)
