Sundown Oilfield Services ltd. is locally owned and operated, specializing in facility, pipeline construction, oilfield maintenance and pumpjack services in the Grande Prairie area. With a strong track record of quality work and exceptional growth. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple small‑scale construction projects simultaneously. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage project progress, documentation, and client expectations. The successful candidate can work remotely and does not need to be located in Grande Prairie area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple small projects at the same time
- Organize and lead pre‑job and post‑job meetings
- Communicate daily with in‑house supervisors and client representatives
- Prepare and maintain project progress reports
- Build and submit RFIs and Change Orders
- Monitor and follow budgets, schedules, and lump‑sum billing
- Lead progress meetings with clients
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant
Requirements
- Previous construction project management experience is mandatory
- Experience with Aimsio or a similar project management platform is required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional site visits as needed
