Exterior Cleaning Technician – Full-Time
What's the role
Daily duties
- Fleet washing (trucks, vans, commercial vehicles)
- Pressure washing sidewalks and commercial buildings
- Soft washing siding and exterior surfaces
- Commercial window cleaning
- Operating pressure washing and cleaning equipment
- Working safely and efficiently on job sites
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working as part of a crew to complete jobs to a high standard
Qualifications
- Previous pressure washing, construction, or exterior cleaning experience is an asset (but not required)
- Valid driver's license required
- Mechanic experience an asset
- Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to reliably commute within Greater Victoria & Vancouver Island
